Weavers Cottage is
situated 40 miles west of the coastal city of Aberdeen, centrally
located for exploring the Northeast and Grampian Highlands.
Ideally situated for all types of holiday, three miles from
the main road within the scattered community at Glenbuchat
this renovated cottage is a peaceful retreat with breathtaking
views of surrounding hills and glens and clear, dark night
skies. Within the newly formed Cairngorm's National Park the
area is a nature lover's haven, a place to relax and recharge
the batteries - or for the more energetic an excellent area
for hill walking, mountain biking, golfing, fishing and bird
watching. With a road map and a sense of adventure, explore
the whisky distillery trail, visit Balmoral and Royal Deeside,
prehistoric standing stones and the many castles, local art
galleries or Inverness, the Highland capital.

- The open plan living room/kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave, TV and CD player.
- Weavers is an ideal romantic hideaway, with one double bedroom. A spare single in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room can provide extra accommodation.
- Night storage heaters provide heat throughout, whilst the wood burning stove can be a welcome addition on a winter or summer evening. The sun porch is south facing with brilliant views.
- Off the sun porch and front door is a dining patio area, enclosed from the rest of the garden which slopes down to an ornamental pond and summerhouse.
- A welcome food basket can be provided with fresh bread and flowers. Eggs and fresh vegetables can be available in season.
- Well-behaved pets welcome.
