| This single storey cottage is centrally-heated and has all modern facilities. Open plan kitchen / living room with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The living area has a log burning stove, sofa bed available - and magnificent views. There is a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. Cot available on request. Bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath with shower. Electricity and heating included. Bed linen provided, but please bring your own towels.
Ample private parking. Fenced garden with patio area, outdoor table and chairs and barbeque. Outside shed for bike storage, etc. Woodside Cottage is approached by a tarred single track road, 200 metres uphill from the glen road. The garden ground is sloping too and therefore access is not suitable for wheelchair users. |

Charges |
Low Season: November, December, January, February, March (excluding Christmas and New Year) £250 per week. Short breaks £40 per night. Mid Season: April, May, June, September, October £300 per week. Short breaks £50 per night. High Season: July, August, Christmas and New Year £375.00 per week, full weeks only. |
Deposit |
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent will be required to confirm a booking. The balance to be paid four weeks prior to arrival. |

4 pm on arrival, 10 am on departure or to be arranged. Changeover day usually Saturday. |
Comments |
Well-behaved pets welcome. Smokers accepted. Larger family groups of people could be accommodated using another cottage 50 yards away, belonging to a neighbour. For more information see Weavers Cottage on www.upperdonside.org.uk |
